Introduction
Mr. Souza is a senior appraiser with K .R. McBay Appraisal Company, a real estate appraisal firm that engages in a wide variety of real estate valuation and consultation assignments. In 2007 Mr. Souza began his career in real estate as an associate appraiser with K. R. McBay Appraisal Company. Mr. Souza has gained experience in the valuation of a wide range of commercial and agricultural properties. Specific property types have included: office, retail, industrial, multi-family residential, rural residential, commercial and residential land; as well as mixed-use and special-purpose properties. Special-purpose properties have included religious facilities, walnut huller/dryer facilities, aqua-culture facilities, dairy facilities and RV/mini storage facilities. Agricultural properties have included orchards, vineyards, open cropland, pastureland, rangeland, agricultural processing facilities, including cold storage facilities. Mr. Souza has broad experience in the valuation of properties affected by eminent domain.
