Introduction
In 2014, Mrs. Bold was hired by the K. R. McBay Company to serve as an administrative assistant. Showing an interest in appraisal work, and under the supervision of Mr. Kenneth McBay, she began to take on a greater role in researching various aspects of properties being appraised by the company as well as reviewing the reports. In 2017 Mrs. Bold began the coursework and practical experience required to earn her general appraisal certification, working closely with both Mr. McBay and Mr. Souza. As an appraiser trainee, Melody has appraised a variety of property types including agricultural, industrial, commercial, religious facilities, and multi-family residential uses.
